The shift pattern is 21.30-07.30 (31.5 hours).

(Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.

An opportunity has become available for a District Charge Nurse post within Renfrewshire HSCP overnight service. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic District Nurse to become part our team. Applicants require to hold a level 1 NMC registration and additionally have successfully attained BSC/Specialist practitioner qualification in District nursing or equivalent. Community travelling is a necessary part of the role and as such potential applicants should hold a current driving license.

As a member of the Primary Health Care Team and working collaboratively with the Clinical Team Leaders, the District Nurse will assist in the implementation of local and national strategies and will provide clinical and managerial leadership to the nursing team. The successful applicant will responsible for the day to day management of the out of hours service to ensure person centred assessment and care planning by providing clinical expertise, supervision and oversight.
