An exciting opportunity has arisen within the administrative team for the Trent DClinPsy course as a Professional Doctorates Administrator. The course is seeking an enthusiastic individual who can work well both independently and as part of a small team.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills, and will work well under pressure.
The role will sit within the postgraduate course administrative team and will work with a range of stakeholders including the clinical tutors, academic staff, external stakeholders, and other university departments. This role will provide administrative support to the Clinical Tutors based at Nottingham, providing a wide range of support for the placements on the DClinPsy course. This will include liaising with local NHS Trusts, communicating with Trainees, and producing and collecting key documentation.
The role holder will play a key role in the organisation of placement for the 60+ Trainees across both the University of Nottingham and University of Lincoln site. Outside of these duties, the role holder will also be responsible for servicing and minuting the three Nottingham course Committees, as well as any ad hoc tasks in line with the nature and grade of the post.
The successful candidate will be qualified to GCSE level to include English and Maths (or equivalent) or significant work experience in a similar role with excellent IT skills and proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
The post is based at the Education Centre, in the Queens Medical Centre & Jubilee Campus at Nottingham, however, you may be asked to travel to other university sites as part of the role.
This position is available on a fixed term, full time basis until 30/11/2024 however, there is a possibility of an extension at the end of the period. Hours of work are, 36.25 hours per week. Job share arrangements may be considered.
