ADB’s Domestic Violence Program
2. Summary of Job Description
(i)Develop a Sharepoint Site and various communication materials dedicated to addressing Domestic Violence in line with ADB Guidelines and related brochures.
(ii)Establish a comprehensive network of support helplines for both victims and perpetrators, accessible in-person, via phone, or virtually.
(iii)Compile information on helplines addressing workplace and domestic violence for domestic helpers, including contact details for national and international domestic workers’ organizations.
(iv)Create a system for gathering anonymized data on the number of ADB staff receiving assistance, aiming to assess the utilization of support services and identify potential areas of improvement.
(v)Provide support for the preparation of the 16-Days of Activism campaign against gender-based violence in November.
(vi)Assist with any other tasks within OPEC’s mandate.

Qualifications
5. Education Requirements
Candidate must be currently enrolled in a postgraduate degree in Ethics, Law, Public Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Medical, Social Sciences, or Communications.
