Are you passionate about early childhood education and creating a nurturing environment for young learners? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Room Leader to join a friendly team in Preston.

Position: Preschool Room LeaderLocation: PrestonHours: Full-TimeSalary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise a preschool classroom, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a collaborative and supportive community.
• Plan and organize daily routines and educational programs in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Support and mentor staff members, promoting continuous professional development.
• Maintain a clean and organized learning space, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements: * Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification or equivalent.

• Proven experience in a childcare setting, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for young children.
