About the opportunity

The Forum Restaurant, located in the heart of the University of Sydney Camperdown campus, is a boutique café serving only the very best of food, coffee, and overall experience. The team is growing and now require enthusiastic, energetic Barista to join their team. With flexible workhours and no weekend work, this is a perfect opportunity for someone to come into a team that truly love what they do!

About you

At least 2 years’ experience working with commercial coffee machines in a high-volume environment (using at least 10kgs of beans per day)

  • strong communication skills

  • friendly, customer focused attitude

  • latte art experience

  • experience in opening procedures for the café and ability to organise and present café service areas
