This consultancy is being created as a short- term consultancy to strengthen Unison’s usage in the Region and provide close support to country offices on their respective requests as PFP and PPD move to integrate UNISON and Vision.

Scope of Work:

  • Goal and objective: Under the supervision of the Partnerships Specialist this consultancy aims to
  • Implementing capacity building initiatives including training of country offices’ focal points on UNISON, to enhance their respective competencies.
  • Support Partnerships colleagues across the region on trouble shooting.
  • Train all new staff on UNISON
  • Supporting research and documentation as part of knowledge management through UNISON.
  •  Support in regional emergencies’ funds tracking and pipeline management.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have… 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any social science.
  • State the specialized skills and/or training if needed, Experience in managing a Customer Relationship tool.
  • Indicate the length of relevant work experience that is required in the technical area for this consultancy (the number of years is linked to the ‘estimated’ level of the assignment – A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in similar areas
  • Developing country work experience and/or familiarity with emergency is considered an asset. 
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
