As a Senior Resource Officer you will be responsible for the day to day management of our Social work team, providing advice and guidance on complex cases, maintaining client flow, managing a case load and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
You will also be responsible for the delivery of some pre-identified projects to add value to the service.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a good knowledge of Social care legislation
- Are an experienced leader
- Have experience of managing complex cases
- Is able to effectively managing conflicting pressures
- Have excellent documentation skills

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
