Tdh :
Terre des hommes Foundation (Tdh), with headquarters in Lausanne and an office in Zurich, is the leading Swiss organisation for child rights. In 2022, we supported 2.6 million children and members of their communities around the world. We trained people who in turn supported a further 4.5 million children and members of their communities.
Context :
Tdh foundation has just approved a new global remuneration system, including a standard job description and a compensation and benefits policy, which will eventually be applied to all its delegations and offices worldwide.
Responsibilities :
The New Global Remuneration System Implementer is responsible for supporting TDH delegations in implementing the new global remuneration system of TDH in each country. This includes the function grid and compensation and benefits policy. The incumbent ensures the compliance with local laws and proposes relevant adaptation when necessary. Additionally, the incumbent will contribute to the writing of guidelines and preparing supporting tools and material to facilitate the implementation of the new system.
- Provide technical and operational support to TDH delegations in implementing the new global remuneration system.
- Train TDH staff on the new system and ensure their understanding of the new policies and procedures.
- Monitor the implementation of the new system and identify any potential issues or challenges.
- Propose adaptation to the new system to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and trends in global remuneration.
- Contribute to the development of TDH’s overall remuneration strategy.
- Write guidelines and prepare supporting tools and material to facilitate the implementation of the new system.
Profile :
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience & Competencies :
- Proven experience in implementing remuneration systems.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages :
- Fluency in English and at least one other language.
IT :
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Conditions:
- Swiss contract
- Gross monthly salary between CHF 5’000.- and CHF 5’500.- depending on experience – x13,36 months
- Insurances: sickness, accident, repatriation
- Annual leaves: 25 days/year
- Flights to duty station and back
