What You Will Be Doing
The Project Exec, in partnership with the Operatons Team, is responsible for the overall success of a construction projects. This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, and providing management of project budget, schedule, and quality. Additionally, the Project Manager oversees contractual requirements and documentation. Project Managers help lead the way in providing a good experience for everyone involved, including subcontractors, owners, and their Winter team-mates.
What You Need for this Position
“Strong understanding of building systems
“10+ years experience in commercial construction;
“Effective verbal and written communication skills
“Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
“Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
“Self-motivated
