Behaviour Mentor – Secondary School in Harrow
Location: Harrow, London
Rate: £12.50 to £15.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Type: Full Time, Long Term

We are an esteemed education agency representing a leading Secondary School in Harrow, London, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our committed team. If you have the expertise to promote positive behavior and create a supportive learning environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support the school’s behavior management policies.
- Work closely with students to understand and address challenging behavior.
- Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring to promote positive social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to create tailored behavior plans.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance the overall school environment.
- Maintain accurate records of behavior incidents and interventions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of behavior management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and engage them in the learning process.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to addressing challenging behavior.
- Familiarity with the UK educational system is advantageous.
