Role Overview: As a Senior Manager in Software Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our talented team of software engineers. You will bring a wealth of experience from a Big 4 environment or other large consultancies, demonstrating your expertise in JavaScript, React, and Node.JS. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, foster innovation, and drive excellence in software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic technical guidance.
- Drive innovation and stay abreast of industry trends, ensuring our technology stack aligns with best practices.
- Oversee end-to-end software development processes, from requirements gathering to deployment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within software engineering.
- Background in Big 4 or other large consultancies is highly desirable.
- Expertise in JavaScript, React, and Node.JS.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
