What Nordia offers:

  • Hourly wage of $18.30 after training (includes a premium of $3.05 on worked hours);
  • Premiums for bilingualism (when applicable) and weekend hours;

  • Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday 7:00am till 11:00pm EST
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00am till 9:00pm EST
  • Ability to work from home (an asset);

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must reside within the hiring location;
  • Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
  • Must have a dedicated space and not be disturbed during your shift.

Responsabilités:

What your day will look like:

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to assist and respond to Canada Post customers’ various requests such as their delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general inquiries. This is a non-sales position that focuses solely on customer service. Add to this the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home – what could be better?
  • Finally, possessing a flexible schedule and the capacity to adapt to variable shifts is essential – we must be available to our customers when they need us (during the day, evening or weekends). That’s what excellent customer service is about!

Qualifications:

You are bilingual: you must speak fluent English and French to interact with French and English-speaking customers in Canada. Answering customers in English will be required between 30 and 60% of the time; * Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously in a computerized environment;

  • Excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others – customer service and solving problems are your strengths!
  • Be available full-time during the training period.

Training start date: February 26th
