Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Software Development of Sales and Services management in US Cash Management, the person in this role will manage Salesforce development and partner with other managers and business units to create state of the art Salesforce solutions that result in consumer quality Sales and Service solutions for our corporate clients. You will require a thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function within the relevant part of the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/or area of expertise and related subject areas.
What will you do?
Provide technical leadership for a team of skilled Salesforce developers, guiding their efforts towards successful project delivery within the financial services domain.
Collaborate with architects, business partners, and the product team influencing architectural decisions and designing solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud features and best practices to maximize business value on the Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
Assist scrum teams in gathering requirements/user stories to develop/enhance functionality on the Salesforce platform, including the technical analysis and estimates.
Actively contribute in any team discussions, value add by sharing experiences or providing technical know-how to the team best leverage the out of the box capabilities.
Promote adoption of DevOps processes to efficiently design, develop, test, secure, deploy, maintain and support our Salesforce platform.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Computer science or related education and 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce developer with a track record of success in financial institutions or FinTech industry
Mastery of Salesforce development tools including APEX coding, Aura framework, Lightning Framework/Web Components, API’s, Platform Events and Salesforce Data Model.
Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, deployment using Salesforce.com
Experience integrating Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems using APIs, UI frameworks and event based integration patterns.
Experience with Salesforce architecture and design, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, specifically utilizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud capabilities.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a team towards technical excellence and project success.
Nice-to-have
Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Financial Services Cloud Consultant are a big plus!!
Experience in implementing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud applications
Experience with the following: Tableau, Mulesoft, Commnuities, WalkMe
