Role: Recruitment Manager
Location: Warrington
Salary: £31,500 – £39,000
Role type: Full-time, permanent

Ashley Kate HR are supporting our Healthcare client based near Warrington as they recruit a Recruitment Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role:
·Support team on management of permanent vacancies
·Leading recruitment team
·Involvement with strategy relating to recruitment
·Ensure recruitment compliance is complete including DBS checks and reference requests
·Managing candidates expectations during recruitment process
·Work closely with managers to understand their recruitment needs

The person:
·Experience in a similar role or ready to take a step up
·Desirable to have experience in healthcare sector, but not essential
·Able to use a variety of tools to attract candidates
·Passionate about supporting team for success
·Good understanding of safer recruitment practises
