Physical Requirements This position requires intermittently sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; and performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); and occasionally standing or walking with objects weighing up to 10 pounds; and lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Shift Dayshift.
Job Summary This position includes supporting the needs of the medication-use safety, quality, and value team by working independently to complete assigned projects. Projects may include, but are not limited to, medication use evaluations, Lexicomp assistance, Medication error or Adverse drug reaction projects, accreditation needs as assigned, EHR medication warning review. Other projects within the med-use process will be considered based on the skills and abilities of the successful applicant. A workspace and flexible work hours are available.

Preferred Education/Experience Admitted to a college of Pharmacy; Licensed as a Pharmacist Intern with Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.
