University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB (“UEC”) supports the university’s educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We’re responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.

Position Summary
Temporary, Full Time, Non-Exempt, Benefited position through 6/30/2024 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
Salary: $4,200.00-$6,000.00 per month.
Location: San Bernardino, CA.

Work Schedule
40 hours per week. Schedule to be arranged, but typically, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm though some nights, weekend work may be required.

Typical Activities
Under minimal supervision of the Director of UCDD, the Project Coordinator will work independently to:
- Develop and implement Individualized Intervention Programs for the clients and parents adhering to the program guidelines of the funding agencies, and under the supervision of the director.
- Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to the funding agencies and parents.
- Responsible for planning and implementing staff and parent training and for other training needs including, but not limited to pre-service, in-service training, and parent-to-parent education.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate training for parent groups.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate Supervising Teachers’ meetings.
- Manage the schedules of all employees (Supervising Teachers and Teacher Assistants) both in-center and telehealth employees.
- Mentor and evaluate staff and conducting make performance evaluations recommendations, as appropriate.
- Coordinate and conduct assessments for programing and reporting including direct observation and parent interviews.
- Monitor staff to ensure that program principles and procedures are followed and will advise the Directors of corrective action as required.
- Guide and instruct staff to ensure that quality services are provided to the clients and the families in the program. Ensure staff provide required data and input in the practice system.
- Design and update documentation and forms necessary for the training needs and assessment, programming, reporting to the funding agencies and parents.
- Conduct instructional staff employment interviews, make recommendations to the director in the staff hiring process.
- Coordinate the intern program to accept, schedule intern hours, maintain intern records.
- Organize and conduct projects and events under the supervision of the Director.
- Participate in grant and research activities of the center.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in psychology, ABA, or closely related fields.
Experience:
- Three (3) years of experience in ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Applicants must have experience using standard office software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Other:
- Employee must have a sound foundation in English grammar, spelling, and punctuation, along with a working knowledge of office methods, procedures, and practices.
- Employee must have the ability to accurately maintain training records and files according to HIPPA regulations.
- Employee must have strong organizational skills, be very detail-oriented, along with the ability to follow directions, take initiative, be flexible, multi-task and with minimal supervision make decisions on a day-to-day basis.
- Employee must have demonstrated the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Employee must have the ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures with minimal supervision, and use judgment and discretion to act when precedents do not exist, along with the ability to troubleshoot most office administration problems and respond to all inquiries and requests related to the work area.
- Employee must have the ability to learn, interpret, and apply a variety of academic and organizational policies and procedures.
