About the Role

The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) PLS DACHIT-UKI is a senior management position responsible for leading and managing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities of the Parcel Lockers business solution for the region DACHIT-UKI. This role reports directly to the FP&A Director DACHIT-UKI and works closely with other senior executives to provide financial insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

The main responsibilities of the FP&A Manager PLS DACHIT-UKI include:

What you will be doing:

Develop an appreciation of the operational and commercial structure of the MRS business in Quadient

Collaborate with the commercial teams and play a leading role in the FP&A analysis for the business

Be a business partner and explain performance variances to various stakeholders

Compute and prepare data for monthly and quarterly reporting.

Coordinate with other departments in preparation of special analyses and reports.

Get involved in ad-hoc projects across the business

Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes

Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances

Constantly look for ways to improve current processes within the group

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What you bring to be successful:

Qualified in CPA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA. With 5+ years experience

Clear understanding of management reports and ability to communicate results to stakeholders.

A sharp analytical mind and the ability to solve problems.

An accurate and methodical workstyle, combined with a strong customer-orientation and a dynamic communicaton style.

A team-attitude with flexibility and the ability to cope with change

Managing business challenges between stakeholders

Advanced spreadsheet and modelling skills

Experience of using multiple IT systems & HFM

Effective time and deadline management

Running presentations/meetings with stakeholders
