Nadacia Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently looking for an experienced professional for the role of an external executive Coach. Are you an accredited experienced executive coach who can coach the executives and senior managers across Habitat network and support the individuals and teams in enhanced performance and personal growth? The service provider will be required to understand the organizational context at both micro and macro levels. Then this role is for you!
Qualifications:
Years of Related Experience: at least 5 years in leadership role on a national level;
At least 5 years in executive coach role;
Experience in multinational environment with diverse cultural backgrounds;
Coaching certification (International Coaching Federation or equivalent);
Experience in coaching of executives and top managemenе;
Experience in leadership or management role on a country level;
Understanding the organizational context as a leader of national program – preferably in development sector;
Experience in coaching of multi-stakeholder teams;
Strong organizational skills and clear writing and verbal communication.
Fluent in English;
High ethical standards.

Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support to help the organizations, teams and individuals successfully plan, execute, and complete strategy, organizational and individual objectives, and projects;
Drive transformational change and provides critical challenge and support to executives and top management on country level;
Equip executives/top management with the knowledge and opportunities they need to develop themselves and become more effective in their roles by assisting them to gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, and unlock their potential in order to build and lead effective teams;
Individualized, confidential partnership leading to personal and professional growth, while maintaining high ethical standards, confidentiality and collaborative environment;
Support clients in development of high-level skills and capabilities.
Engagement:
Habitat for Humanity International seeks to create the roster of external executive coaches. The successful coaches will be placed on the roster of vetted providers, which includes their contact information, qualifications, skills and experience. The roster remains open for aperiod of 24 months which may be extended. The consultant will be paid on an hourly basis, unless specified otherwise in the contract for specific coaching program. The role is remote or hybrid – depending on the exact scope of work of respective coaching program, defined ad hoc.
