About The Role
PHD Global are looking for an Account Executive to help support in the Central Planning & Buying team for one of their biggest global brands. They are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing, who is an independent, organised and analytical worker. Reporting to an Associate Director, this person will be responsible for client servicing as well as supporting with the planning of cross channel campaigns, driving results for their client. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the Account Manager & Associate Director in research, reporting and task/communication organisation. The Account Executive will focus on further developing their client servicing/account management skills and multi-channel campaign (OOH, digital, Content etc.) knowledge, how these channels can fuel other media activity, how to respond strategically to client problems, and what it takes to meet and exceed goals (both your own, the agency’s, and the client’s).

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting Account Manager & Associate Director on day-to-day client requests
- Support on campaign planning, pulling together timelines and liaising with third party i.e. media owners/vendors
- Responsible for compiling and updating status documents (internal & external)
- Responsible for monthly and ad hoc finance requests & reporting
- Support the pulling together of client presentations such as PCA’s (Post Campaign Analysis, QBR’s and reporting)
Experience and Skills required
- Experience working in client servicing/ account management preferable
- Previous digital marketing/ advertising experience needed (in-house or agency)
- Be a proactive self-starter, willing to get stuck in from the start
- Have a passion for learning new things & broadening knowledge
- Have strong communication, listening skills and attention to detail
- Have excellent numerical skills and confidence analysing data using Excel
- Be comfortable presenting
- Be responsive to feedback
- Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong spoken & written English (fluency)
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
