About the Role:

This role is one that enables us to manage our production and project delivery process at all stages from briefing to concept, execution to delivery. As a Senior Integrated Producer, you’re expected to have significant expertise in both digital project management, as well as creative production. The Senior IP role is responsible for taking the lead on the largest and most complex productions and campaigns.

You will be part of the Creative Services team, who take an ‘end to end’ strategic approach to managing projects as well as optimising the efficiency of the Marketing department from a commercial and delivery perspective. You will need a proven track record of producing content, managing projects and overseeing multiple projects at a time, as well as supporting your direct reports on their projects.

You must be exceptional at planning, producing, budgeting as well as confidently presenting to peers and senior stakeholders. Strong people management skills are vital to this role; not only in managing and developing your direct reports but also managing up as well as the different teams and stakeholders on various projects.

The Senior Integrated Producer needs to balance creative considerations, with clear business objectivity and the ability to manage a variety of internal and external interests to generate the best outcome.

This role reports into the Lead Integrated Producer and will have circa 3 direct reports to manage and guide through their project delivery, production and development as IPs. Ensuring you and your direct reports have the right resources at the right time, can deliver on brief, on deadline and within budget are key to the success of this role.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Managing and liaising with senior and project teams across the Creative Services Dept to ensure all stakeholders, internally & externally, are aware of key deadlines and projects are delivered to spec on time.
  • Implementing processes that keep projects and workstreams functioning and moving in an efficient and effective way. Support the Lead Integrated Producer to constantly improve the planning and production processes, making recommendations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained at the highest level.
  • Responsible for implementing work documents, project delivery plans, and timelines. Managing budgets and those across the business stake-holders including, but not limited to CRM, HP, Social, PR, Creative & Fashion, video and retail.
  • Facilitating and managing creative production and the delivery of creative assets across assigned projects. Creative can include, but not limited to digital assets: social and on site content. Inc HP, hubs, video shoots, still life shoots, model shoots, moving image shoots, social assets, paid social assets and talent-led content.
  • Delivering projects and producing – across large more production heavy projects and cross business strategy briefs to smaller cyclical as-set shoots, trade and proposition briefs. The role will need to have a great understanding of how to deliver any type of production or brief within Marketing
  • Managing post project retrospectives and making sure that all learnings are turned into actions which will be fed back into the processes of the department
  • Be a senior member of the Creative Services team- leading the team by best practice, supporting direct reports and the team on their delivery, assigning and resourcing the team alongside the Lead and other Seniors and having a holistic view of the project status and key issues across projects.

Qualifications

Who We’d Like to Meet

  • Proven understanding of all elements of the creative delivery process
  • Experience of producing still life/model shoots, video and moving image, influencer content and/or events
  • Experience delivering digital projects to short time scales
  • Proven experience of Integrated Project Management / Production at a similar level.
  • Evidence of working on multiple projects with multiple deliverables, clients and objectives, across a range of channels and platforms
  • Experience with Workfront (or similar systems) would be beneficial
  • History of cross team collaboration which has delivered results
  • Experience of managing direct reports and developing a team
