Leidos is hiring for a Counterintelligence (CI) Officer to support a operational requirements. You will conduct CI activities in support of the customer mission and damage assessments in addition to other defense CI activities. This position will require a higher level of CI experience and close coordination with senior leaders and other areas to produce a product for senior IC leadership review for team direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Preferred candidates possess curiosity, investigative skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, delivering effective solutions.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge and expertise in operations, and intelligence priorities to offer strategic guidance and manage operations.
  • Assimilate, evaluate and interpret all-source information related to an operational security perspective.
  • Assist program management across various activities, including both traditional operations and specialized initiatives.
  • Provide CI technical expertise to support vulnerability mitigation efforts.
  • Resolve intricate operational challenges by identifying innovative technical tools and capabilities, leveraging the resources of the Intelligence Community to meet operations requirements.
  • Conduct unbiased evaluations of ongoing and potential operations, serving as a crucial liaison between field personnel and the team.
  • Conduct comprehensive all-source intelligence research, risk analysis, and report writing; develop operational concepts; engage stakeholders; and prepare and present reports to management at all levels.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph to be considered for this role.
  • Typically requires a BS degree and 4-8+ years of relevant experience, additional experience in lieu of degree
  • CI experience (ex. conducting investigations, inquiries, collections, operations, analysis, briefings, debriefings, training, and awareness).

Pay Range: Pay Range $68,900.00 – $124,550.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
