Job description
We have opportunities for Human Resources Advisors to join our team of HR professionals providing comprehensive generalist HR support within Acute and Community Healthcare settings throughout NHS Fife and Fife H&SCP. This is at a time when both the Workforce Directorate and the Organisation are embarking on significant and exciting transformational change.
The role requires an individual who is adept at applying an up-to-date understanding of current employment legislation in a multi-unionised environment, where there is emphasis on delivering in partnership on key organisational and departmental objectives. As an important member of the HR function, the HR Adviser assists in the delivery of these objectives by utilising considerable skills and judgement in the interpretation, application and implementation of terms and conditions of service, Workforce policies and procedures, employment legislation and best practice.
Educated to Degree level or with demonstrable equivalent experience and / or qualifications, you will also ideally have a CIPD certificate in Personnel Practice, or be working towards this. Due to the remit of the role, the ability to travel within / outwith the region is essential.
