A good Opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to establish themselves at a good quality high street firm outside of the city centre.
A popular and well established, high street firm with a good reputation and great connections to the local community.
The conveyancing team are looking to bring on board an experienced fee earner quality who will be able to manage their own caseload, provide a professional service to existing clients and be sufficiently motivated to expand the firm’s clients base over time.
Ideally a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3yrs+ fee earning experience and competent in dealing with all manner of residential matters concerning freehold / leasehold property in relation to sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, new builds, help to buy, lease extensions and dealing with registered and unregistered properties.
A healthy appetite for engaging with the community and devising effective ways to market and generate additional revenue would also be very welcome. Essentially the role will provide an element freedom for you to develop it as you wish taking on both the existing caseload and generating further work so an enthusiastic individual with a hands on approach would be a great for the role.
