Lead Change Analyst (HUB)

London, Reigate or Belfast – Hybrid (40% office based)

We are looking for a Lead Change Analyst to contribute to the overall change efforts on a variety of digital focused large and complex initiatives. By supporting the Technical Product Owner, this will also involve driving and supporting the evolution of the change analysis service, including delivering the change analysis strategy through a roadmap of continuous improvement and in collaboration with the members of the business analysis community.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in digital transformation, automation and working in a digital change environment, including change methodology and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake/contribute to feasibility / assessments of change initiatives using appropriate methods and tools and within the agreed framework and principles

Input to the group operating model by providing updates where changes are found.

Accountable for the creation, improvement and consistency of the analysis and design process and methods used

Promote and embed chosen analysis tools within the Change Analysis community. E.g. SIPOC, Root Cause Analysis, etc.

Input to the yearly business planning process where required

Accountable for creating and maintaining a method for change analysts to track design principles throughout the analysis & design stage

Work in congruence with Agile principles wherever possible.

Keep up-to-date with the change methodology, work within it and where possible suggest improvements to the relevant analysis and design stages.

Accountable for the direct line management and performance of resources

Skills and Experience:

Experience in digital front end technology and process including marketing automation

Proven experience working at Change Analyst level or Lead Change Analyst with a digital/tech focused business

Worked with change analysis techniques at an Enterprise level

Experience of communicating vision to a team as well as communicating with senior stakeholders.

Experience of the Financial Services industry, ideally with a Life & Pensions company

Interfaced with a business architecture and IT architecture function

Knowledge of various Project and Change Management processes/practices e.g. Agile, Waterfall.

Knowledge and application of planning at a programme level e.g. PIP planning and assignments and team planning e.g. demand forecasting.

Broad knowledge of analysis techniques and ability to create an effective method and practice across a team e.g. brainstorming, reverse engineering, process mapping, causal analysis, wire framing, context diagrams etc

Preferably previous experience in a team management/leadership position

Good communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
