Job description
Tasks
As the Cargo Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:
- Implementation of new LCAG handling processes at GHA level
- Inspection of services provided to LCAG by the GHA as per contract (Annex B and SLA in terms of CHM)
- Conduction of meetings with the GHA on regular basis to discuss service performance
- Taking actions with the GHA in order to improve service and quality performance
- Monitors the performance of (own) subcontractors to ensure required performance levels and requests required corrective action
- Reporting deviations from agreed standards
- Establishing, maintaining and evaluating statistical data provided by the SPC tool (Station Performance Cockpit)
- Acting as contact person for GHA in case of irregularities and the need for escalation
- Takeover of additional tasks when is required

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, airfreight handling and/or operations required
- Fluency in English language required
- Qualification according to CHM / GOM knowledge desirable
- Computer literate and MS Office skills as user
- Responsible for employees
