Your impact will be
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Support Manager in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working independently and reporting directly to the Director of Sales UK. The primary objective of this role is to help position Framen as a prominent player in the UK media agency landscape.
- Market Positioning: Collaborate with the Director of Sales UK and marketing team to develop strategies and initiatives that establish Framen as a leading player in the UK media agency industry.
- Representation: Act as a representative of Framen at various industry events and conferences. Engage in small talk and effectively connect with professionals at all management levels.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the France/UK media agency landscape, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Leverage these connections to enhance Framen’s brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
- International Travel: Be willing to travel internationally a minimum of six times per year to attend conferences, meet clients, and establish relationships with industry professionals in other countries.
- Self-Starter: Take initiative and proactively identify new marketing opportunities for framing. Develop innovative approaches to promote the brand and differentiate it from competitors.
Your profile
- Previous Experience: Demonstrated experience in marketing support or related roles, with a focus on brand positioning and relationship building. Experience in the media agency industry is highly desirable.
- Independent Worker: Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects, while also providing regular updates and reports to the Director of Sales UK.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to engage in small talk, connect with individuals at all levels of management, and represent framing in a professional manner.
- International Outlook: Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different cultures and business environments. Ability to establish rapport with international contacts and navigate global markets.
- Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Results-oriented mindset and a commitment to driving marketing success for framing.
- English is your mother tongue. (Other languages are a real plus)
