Job description
Interaction Recruitment are seeking an administrator for our prestigious client based in Wolverhampton.
Main tasks of job:
- Answering telephone, taking messages, assisting Customers with their queries.
- Weighting up of rebar schedules.
- Raising Production notes and Sales orders.
- Raising delivery notes and transport orders.
- Sending out invoices via email or post.
- Keeping office filing up to date.
- Maintaining the archiving system
- Maintaining health and safety standards in own working area, and always to work within constraints of company health and safety policy and law.
- The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you will be expected to perform different tasks necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the company.
Working Hours/Days:
- Monday to Friday.
- 0900 – 1700.
