You will:
- Collaborate with the team to align with project objectives, leveraging client insights and goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed budgets
- Establish, implement, and oversee quality standards for project deliverables
- Manage project communication channels and document issues and changes that impact project progression
- Actively engage in client and internal meetings, contributing valuable insights and updates while speaking from a place of ownership for your all projects: know the dependencies, scope, potential risks, budgets, trends of each of them
- Execute projects meticulously
- Effectively coordinate project deliverables, identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Develop status reports and collaborate with project leaders to optimize resource allocation
- Craft compelling and coherent materials that convey project progress and outcomes
- Proactively identify, analyze, prioritize, and communicate potential project risks
- Diligently manage and monitor project scope and timeline, keeping the team informed along the way
- Skillfully manage project budgets, revenue, purchase orders (POs), and invoices
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering creativity and excellence
You have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience managing various digital project types, including marketing campaigns, design production, and creative automation
- A strong understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques, allowing you to expertly manage and control project scope, schedule, budget, and resource management/reporting. You excel in change management, project roadmap development, and precise revenue forecasting
- A proven track record in team management and client interactions, where you’ve successfully navigated discussions around project scope, schedule, budget, as well as roadmaps, objectives, and strategies
- Strong understanding of how disciplines work together and know all areas of the project that is executed by the agency.
- The ability to tactically organize and structure activities, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a receptive attitude towards feedback, allowing you to effectively engage with both your team and clients
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills that facilitate the efficient management of tasks and resources, making you a valuable asset to project success
- A solutions-oriented mindset, setting a positive example for your team by actively seeking innovative solutions to project challenges
- The ability to stay focused on driving goals, even in high-pressure situations, ensuring project objectives are met with dedication and composure
