Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with an award-winning Private Surgical Hospital, located in Darlington, who offer a range of specialities including ophthalmology, ENT, dermatology, breast care, cosmetic and general surgery. The hospital has w die range of facilities including 22 en-suite bedrooms, 10 consulting rooms, two operating theatres with laminar flow, endoscopy suite with minor theatre and an ambulatory care theatre. At present, they are looking for a Registered Nurse to join their team of staff in the Wards department.
The Candidate
Our client is happy to consider nurses from all backgrounds as they can offer full training and support. As a Ward Nurse, you will deliver care that promotes patient health, assess, implement and evaluate to deliver centric patient care. You are responsible for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, creating and keeping excellent clinical records of patient care.
This is a full-time role consisting of 37.5 hours a week across flexible shift patterns.
Role Requirements
- Valid NMC Registration
- Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
