Full Time | Permanent | £21,410 Per Annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the College.

You must have:

  • Good organisational skills coupled with the ability to operate efficiently under pressure at peak times
  • The ability to maintain absolute confidentiality of information
  • Excellent customer service skills

Your main responsibilities:

  • Carry out general and specific administration tasks as directed by line manager.
  • Undertake telephone answering, take messages and follow up actions as appropriate and ensure callers receive appropriate feedback.
  • Provide clerical support duties such as word processing letters and reports, using spreadsheets, Google Docs and updating databases.
  • To liaise closely with other College curriculum and business support teams.
