Role Summary/Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Data Mart Analyst. As a key member of data management team, you will play a crucial role in the organization’s data infrastructure, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of financial data. Essential Responsibilities:

Data Quality Assurance: Perform thorough data review, testing & validation and quality checks to ensure the reliability of data within the data mart

Data Extraction and Transformation: Assist in extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources into the data mart

Collaboration: Work closely with eGRC team, cross-functional teams, including IT, Internal Audit, and business partners, to understand data requirements and implement solutions

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data mart processes, data flows, and ETL procedures, data dictionary, job-aid, SOP and etc.

Support Agile DM story gathering & refining process

Data Modeling: Assist in designing and implementing data models to support the organization’s reporting and analytical needs

Information Lifecycle Management: Assist in managing the Information Lifecycle Management for the entire Risk Management organization

Assist in monitoring and optimizing data mart performance, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or inefficiencies

Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree OR in lieu of degree; high school diploma/GED and 5+ years of Project Management experience

Desired Characteristics:

Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts

Familiarity with financial data and reporting requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Problem solver with ability to promote collaborative problem solving

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience in the Risk/Banking/Credit Card industry

Track record of creative problem solving and ability to thrive in a cross-functional and virtual environment

High energy, self-motivated, with strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Experience with Agile software development framework

Experience working in a dynamic environment

Experience working with a global team

Grade/Level: 09

The salary range for this position is 60,000.00 – 112,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

You must be 18 years or older

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
