Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Specialist with expertise in HR analytics to join our client’s dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs while utilizing analytical tools to gather insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits Management:
– Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals.
– Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain competitive in the industry.
– Collaborate with leadership to design and implement innovative and cost-effective total rewards strategies.

HR Analytics:
– Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data.
– Generate meaningful insights and trends to support strategic decision-making in the areas of compensation, benefits, and overall HR practices.
– Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Data Integrity and Compliance:
– Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data by implementing and maintaining effective data management processes.
– Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.

Collaboration:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and the Sales team, to integrate compensation and benefits data into broader organizational analytics.
– Work closely with HR Business Partners to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.

Employee Communication and Education:
– Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey information related to compensation and benefits programs.
– Conduct educational sessions for employees to enhance understanding and appreciation of their total rewards package.

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
– Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration, with a strong focus on HR analytics.
– Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant software.
– Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
