Job description
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-qualified teacher of Mathematics to join our busy and flourishing senior school.
The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across Years 10-13 in the Senior School. The ability to teach Further Mathematics at A-level and Mathematics for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, both Standard and Higher Level, would be an advantage. A passion for Mathematics is essential for this role.
The Mathematics Department at Taunton School is a large, vibrant and close team of dedicated, forward-thinking teachers, who love to help each other and enjoy working together in a friendly and pleasant working environment. The Head of Department is supportive and makes every effort to develop each teacher, encouraging exciting new teaching methods whilst maintaining high standards of delivery. Closing Date
The closing date for receipt of applications is midnight on Sunday 4 February, however please note that early applications are encouraged as they will be reviewed as received, and the vacancy may close early should a successful appointment be made.
Teams interviews may take place during the week commencing Monday 5 February and in person interviews for shortlisted candidates will be held during the week commencing Monday 19 February.
