Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Manage workplace investigations and collaborate on dispute resolution
- Oversee senior exits, settlement agreements, and contentious matters
- Lead change projects, offering advisory on various matters
- Provide cross-departmental support on transactions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Outstanding academic record
- Qualified Solicitor in a Common Law jurisdiction
- Comprehensive knowledge of Employment law
- Proven experience in advisory and strategic capacities
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
