Daily Supply Teacher/Cover Supervisor
Are you a university or college student or an individual seeking part-time day-to-day work in Lancaster? Join our team as a Cover Supervisor and play a vital role in supporting secondary schools across the region.
Location: Lancaster and Surrounding Areas
Position Type: Part-Time, Day-to-Day
Salary: £85 – £120 per day (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Temporary Support: Provide cover in the absence of regular teaching or support staff.
Classroom Management: Ensure a positive and productive learning environment through effective behaviour management.
Lesson Delivery: Execute pre-prepared lesson plans and engage with students in their learning journey.
Requirements:
Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom. Provide valid and contactable reference details. While a DBS on the update service is preferred, we can assist in applying for a new one if required. Previous involvement with children, such as volunteering in childcare centres, community work, schools, or tutoring, is essential.
Skills and Qualities:

Effective Communication: Good communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and parents.
