The Opportunity

Belmond is looking for a Luxury General Manager to be based at The Cadogan, A Belmond Hotel located in the heart of central London. The General Manager will act as the business owner and drive excellence in line with the property and Belmond’s strategic plan.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Luxury General Manager
  • Demonstrated experience in launching new concepts & strategies
  • Experience in consistently exceeding Luxury guest expectations
  • A pioneering mindset, looking to improve oneself
  • Brand Ambassador – the ability to demonstrate prior experience in representing a brand authentically
  • An impeccable eye for detail with an unswerving approach to standards to consistently reach Excellence.
  • Genuine, authentic character and a great storyteller
  • Caring hands & and hearts, respecting and caring for the team and the community.
