Our client in Reading is looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join their friendly busy team. They have full time/part-time hours available from Monday – Friday with capacity to cover some Saturday clinics.
With a patient population of approx. 14,000 and you will be supported by GPs, paramedics, pharmacists, social prescriber, health and wellbeing coach, first contact physiotherapist and our nursing team including HCAs as well as a hard working reception/admin team.
This is an Emis Web Practice.
Ideally we are looking for someone with experience of:
– Chronic Disease Management, especially Diabetes
– Cervical Smear Screening
– Family Planning
– Immunisations (Routine, Childhood and Travel)
– Treatment Room duties
Morning coffee breaks to catch up with colleagues are encouraged at 11 – 11.30 each morning. Benefits include NHS Pension.
