The Trust Administrator role involves supporting Senior Trust Officers in efficiently managing and administering an assigned portfolio of Trust and Estate accounts. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and effective teamwork skills to ensure accurate and timely administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Trust Officers in Trust and Estate Administration, including document preparation and proactive management of account processes.
  • Maintain timely communications via written, verbal, and electronic channels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure al trust administration aligns with governing documents, legislation, client requirements and group policy.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and team members while prioritizing operational efficiency.
  • Aid Senior Trust Officers in addressing client inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate account information in internal systems.
  • Contribute to a collective team environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent qualification
  • 2-5 years of experience in the trust industry, trust investments, legal or client services
  • Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues.
