As a Network Management Oversight Obligations Manager within the Network Management Oversight Obligations team, you will be reporting to the VP lead. You will manage the EMEA regulatory oversight obligations . Network Management is a firmwide utility within the CIB Digital & Platform Services organization responsible for the procurement and regulatory and risk oversight of external and internal Service Providers that provide services on behalf of JPMorgan including: payment systems, central counterparties, central securities depositories Agent Banks (sub-custodians, cash correspondents, etc.).

Job responsibilities

  • Conducts EMEA regulatory impact assessments upon the Network Management policies and procedures
  • Understands the end-to-end Network Management oversight processes
  • Engages with LOB, Compliance and Legal stakeholders to agree oversight requirements
  • Participates in Working Groups and provide briefings to Network Management ExCo
  • Manages any enhancements through the governance processes to be compliant with Network Management’s change processes
  • Prepares and presents training to Network Management teams

  • Experience of assessing regulatory change
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good control mindset and high attention to detail
  • Strong organisation/administration skills
  • Ability to quickly build good working relationships across the Network Management, LOBs, Compliance and Legal
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Able to demonstrate working in a control focused environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to deliver through others
  • Attested track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload
