Location: Hybrid. This role could be based in either our London or Edinburgh offices with time spent working in the office and at home.

Within Phoenix Group, we have an incredible opportunity to work on our Standard Life brand as a Marketing Manager in our Intermediary / Adviser (B2B) Marketing Team.

The role
This role provides a great opportunity for you to collaborate with a range of teams across Brand, Social, Marketing, Digital and PR, to help us create and shape marketing communications that maximise impact across multiple channels.
Day-to-day
- Help shape and deliver the B2B marketing plans for the Retail Intermediary channel including events, awards and marketing campaigns
- Manage the end-to-end process of creating and delivering thought leadership content, including briefing teams or external agencies, managing content through sign-off, delivery and monitoring results
- Distribute marketing effectively across relevant trade publications, website, social media platforms, newsletters and other channels
- Review the effectiveness of activity for the Retail Intermediary channel through appropriate measurement and evaluation
- Work collaboratively with the wider Marketing teams and other key stakeholders to create best-in-class collateral and campaigns
- Maintain up-to-date channel knowledge and keep abreast of trends, industry changes and content best practice
- Support with communicating the work the Retail Intermediary Marketing Team do to key internal stakeholders
- Amplify key Brand initiatives, such as strategic sponsorships and flagship campaigns, monitoring performance against defined KPIs
- Ensure all content is consistent with our tone of voice, brand identity and brand guidelines
What are we looking for?
- Existing experience or working in the financial services industry with strong B2B experience
- Existing knowledge of pensions would be an advantage
- Experience of working with creative teams and partners to deliver compelling campaigns with tangible results
- A demonstrable track record of developing and delivering successful multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
- An excellent project manager with a strong track record of delivery
- Ability to adapt and work at pace to deliver to tight deadlines calmly and effectively
- A growth mindset, with a passion for all things marketing
