Administrator with minute taking duties required to work with our client at Knockbracken Healthcare Park. This is a temporary position for at least 6 months with the possibility for extension, the successful candidate will start immediately. The hours of work are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, and the rate of pay is £11.11 per hour. The main duties for these posts will be – Taking notes in meetings, updating records, liaising with healthcare staff, drafting, and responding to emails, booking appointments, use of a computerised system, diary management and answering and transferring telephone calls.
What We Need from You:
● 1 year experience in an administration role
● Strong computer and customer service skills
● Minute taking experience
● RSA stage two
