What You’ll Be Doing

As Senior Consultant, Business Effectiveness, Data Governance, you will join Administration’s Transformation and Operational Excellence team to perform data governance activities supporting Administration wide activities. You will be a key contributor and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies, guidelines, and procedures that align with regulatory standards.

How You’ll Succeed

Relationship Management – Relationship manager and collaborative consultant with business partners for all matters relating to data governance. Manage relationships , as well as project and initiative, within the Administration Functional Group. Represent Data Governance on LOB initiatives.

Business Management – Support the Data Governance team, work in a fast paced environment to effectively execute strategic priorities of varying complexity. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Identify and implement opportunities for improving the efficiency of processes. Assist in the development, documentation and implementation of processes and procedures.

Understand Requirements – Conduct analysis of processes and functional or reporting requirements to document, communicate the best practices to stakeholders. Knowledge of and ability to utilize use case analysis, define and document business & solution requirements. Provide SME advice and direction to internal stakeholders to ensure that the requirements work packages are appropriately defined and completed.

Advancement – Promote a strong culture of continuous improvement to orchestrate effective leadership behavior, improvement methods, and enabling technologies to inspire a culture of sustainable continuous improvement.
