We are actively recruiting an Administration / Scheduling Assistant to join the lovely team to join the Specsavers Domiciliary Business.
Salary: starting salary of £24,000 per annum

Hours: We would love someone to work full time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Location: Based in Plympton
Do you want to be part of something new and exciting? In this role, you would form part of a team that help support our clinical team who work out in the community and within care home sector. You will be one of the main points of contact for our customers and you will support the clinical teams by planning the clinics and schedules with efficiency and attention to detail.
You will also be making and taking calls from customers and care home clients. They may be asking you to book in patients for us to visit or asking to reschedule appointments, so you will need to update customer records as well as route plan visits for the field-based teams.
Organising deliveries back to patients is something else you will be involved in as well as liaising with the field-based teams when out on aftercare appointments.
The role requires real attention to detail as well as strong administration and customer care skills. You must be PC literate and have an excellent telephone manner.
