Salary: £85 – £100 + per day (experience-dependent)

We are a prestigious education agency collaborating with an exceptional Secondary School situated in Hammersmith and Fulham, West London. This forward-thinking institution is in search of a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team, starting 26th of February for a full year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized support to students with special educational needs (SEN) within diverse classroom settings.
- Contribute to the creation of an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to implement custom-tailored support plans for students.
- Cultivate positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow educators.
- Contribute to the academic and personal growth of students with SEN.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience working as a Teaching Assistant in an educational setting.
- Genuine enthusiasm for supporting students with SEN.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to work harmoniously within a team.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and positive school environment.
