Director, Reward, Belonging and Sustainability

London – Hybrid (40% office based)

12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Reward, Belonging and Sustainability, to join our growing business on a 12 month FTC/Maternity cover.

As our Director of Reward, Belonging and Sustainability, you will develop and implement strategies and programs that ensure that our reward programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our company values as well as continuing to drive a sense of belonging and inclusion among our employees,

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a competitive and equitable reward program that is aligned with our company values and supports our business objectives.

Promote and measure sustainable practices that reduce the company’s carbon footprint, working closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that our sustainability initiatives are integrated and aligned with our overall business strategy

Supported by the team the role is responsible for REMCO and associated reporting that covers all aspects of Reward at all levels of the organisation.

Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that our reward initiatives are integrated and aligned with our overall business strategy.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our reward programs and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve them.

Communicate our reward initiatives and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in reward and compensation and incorporate best practices into our programs.

Drive our sustainability strategy that promotes environmentally friendly practices and reduces our carbon footprint.

Ensure that our sustainability initiatives are integrated and aligned with our overall business strategy.

Review the effectiveness of our sustainability programs and complete effective improvement strategies

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Presenting complex financial modelling and experience of educating audiences with different levels of understanding

Proven experience of leading sustainability across a multi-site business

Holding a leadership role within a regulated business.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with and influence others.

Working at Board level and able to influence a variety of stakeholders.

Highly numerate with analytical reasoning capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
