Job description

Job Information We are currently recruiting for a proactive HR Generalist who can work in a standalone HR position reporting directly into the Director for a small yet growing marketing business. Previous experience within an HR role is essential, although happy to train someone in some aspects who is keen to learn and proactive. Will consider part time 20 hours.

The role will include:

– The full employee lifecycle for all employees including onboarding and offboarding, development and retention

– Updating and developing company policies and procedures

– Championing company culture and employee wellbeing

– Arranging events and socials for the company

– First point of contact for all employee relation cases

– Collaborating on performance management initiative including review and promotions

– Recruitment of new employees (administration side)

Key skills:

– Previous HR experience

– Proactive and positive attitude

On offer:

– £30k salary

– 25 days holiday

– Hybrid working 2 days in office a week

Expected salary

£30000 per year
