Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting! Are you Looking for a fulfilling teaching assistant opportunity in Loughborough? Look no further! An OFSTED rated ‘good’ school is currently seeking an experienced and passionate teaching assistant.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher and students across multiple subjects.
The ideal teaching assistant will hold a L3 qualification and be able to use a range of strategies to engage children with diverse learning needs.
The school has a supportive and welcoming atmosphere with most of the current staff serving for several years. The school has been rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED, demonstrating their commitment to high-quality education and a supportive learning environment for all pupils.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualification.
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
