Job description
Our client based in outskirts of Maidstone is looking for accounts assistant with experience (Sage 50 expierence required) on part time basis.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday – 15 hours per week – can be flexible on days and hours preferred
Due to job location own transport required
Main Duties:
– input of all purchase ledger data
– following the PO checking procedure when inputting purchase invoices to ensure we are paying the correct amount
– ownership of paying vehicle tax
– collating all fuel receipts, checking and storing them with the invoice
– supply administrative support to accounts manager
– ensure correct action is taken when invoices are supplied to us with no relevant PO number
– payment responsibility for several creditors
It is temporary position with potential to become permanent for suitable candidates
Pay rate: £12 – £13 per hours – depends of experience
