We’re looking for a Mental Health Coordinator to work in partnership with Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust and local GPs. This is an innovative role to provide targeted mental health and holistic support.

A

The role will work alongside GPs to access and provide short-term, early intervention support in a primary care setting. The support is mainly a non-medical approach, utilising multidisciplinary networks for complex mental health needs.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a good understanding of working in mental health or equivalent transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting people to explore their needs. You’ll receive a comprehensive induction followed up with regular training – we’ll invest in you to give you all the tools you need to succeed. You’ll join a supportive, flexible team and be working for one of the leading providers of mental health services in Sussex.
