*Reviewing team performance from data
- To be the first point of contact for Cllr enquiries, complex FOIs and complaints, and challenging contractor queries.

We are looking to recruit a Performance Analyst to the newly formed and developing Parking Strategy & Contracts team. Your role will be involved in almost every part of Parking Services, either through supporting internal teams or working alongside our external contractors who provide a range of services to suit the diverse needs of our city’s residents and visitors.
You will work as part of a dedicated team analysing data from different sources to provide oversight to our internal teams and to measure contract key performance indicators. You will drive continuous service improvements by identifying efficiencies and play an integral part of ensuring best practice.
You will be responding to non-standard and high-level correspondence on a wide range of parking related issues. Your role will be responsible for maintaining the public face of the service through management of social media accounts. You will assist in the delivery of a first class, customer focused operation by ensuring the external contracts are running efficiently.
You will be confident working in a technical environment where emerging technology is used to manage and promote the council’s carbon neutral strategy, primarily through supporting one of the country’s largest electric vehicle infrastructures.

This is a permanent role and we can offer you flexible working options that include working from home and in the office at Hove Town Hall.

Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
We offer the opportunity for the suitable candidate to choose to work in a hybrid way. Your specific working arrangements will be subject to team and service working arrangements already in place alongside Government guidance. Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team and travel to and from your contractual location would be at your own expense.
